"Very well run hotel -- but I fell the marketing is a bit bait and switch. I was surprised to see that my room overlooked a parking lot with a pool in it. What happened to the affinity pool and pickleball courts? You actually have to walk across a 4 lane (not too busy) street to get their. Most people take a golf cart - but I didn't have time. Hate this kind of marketing."

"We stayed one evening while we were down in Sarasota for a Spring Training game. Due to the beach and ballgame season, prices at all hotels were up. So to find one at $200 per night was the cheapest that looked decent from photos. Upon arrival, the evening clerk (Darryl), greeted us and was not particularly friendly. "The cable service didn’t work in the room, nobody staffing the front desk, it’s all done through an automated kiosk. The breakfast runs out of stuff regularly, and property upkeep, and maintenance is overdue."
