"I’m sure that when this hotel was newly built it was spectacular. I picked the courtyard Marriott from previous experience. Expecting clean, quality and wholesome atmosphere. The hotel is dated. In major need of repair. The carpets smelled and are dirty. The minute we entered the lobby there was a foul moldy smell. All five of us started sneezing when we reached the 3rd floor. Our room was spacious. It accommodated a family of five. We however could not enjoy it. The plumbing was slow. It...

"An excellent stay in the Bradenton area. The Continental breakfast had quite a few choices and prepared fresh each day. The rooms are beautiful, the gym is well equipped, and the pool is there even if it small. The only complaint I have is the parking situation that requires some planning as each of the parking lots is small but otherwise a fantastic place to stay"

"Expedia said it had 7 available when I booked it. I had a very late arrival at the hotel, the receptionist said the rooms were never cleaned and they could not fulfill our reservation, at almost midnight. This was a huge inconvenience, and put me and my family in a bad situation."
