"We had to change rooms 3x because air conditioning didn’t work. Staff handled the situation horribly. No apology for what we had to go through whatsoever from 3 different front desk staff. It was a holiday weekend otherwise we would have left and went somewhere else. Pool was filthy and chairs were dirty. It was disgusting. The whole building is outdated and rundown. I can’t believe what we paid for the worst stay ever at a Marriott. We will never stay at a Marriott again. Third Marriott that...
