"Clean and provided everything we needed."

"Staff was friendly. But the rooms not maintained well. Our toilet overflowed twice and we had to keep a plunger on hand to just use the toilet. The room was not cleaned as we were gone for the day and we had to get our own towels on the 2nd day of our stay. The air conditioner was pulling from the wall area leaving a 1/2 inch gap. The staff upgraded us without charge for our honeymoon which was kind but room had maintenance issues. We should not have had to plug the toilet over and over in order...

"They did not have enough staff for volume of people needing help only 1 at desk all week, long waiting and not experienced. Computer problems, for staff, could not answer questions or communicate with other employees. The grounds are beautiful and they have added and cleaned up games, pool, grounds. Our condo however had moldy shower and would not drain. Floors were dirty, don't think condo was ready as towels were everywhere and missing."

The room was clean, the linens smelled great, and the grounds were well maintained. We didn't go in the pool so I can't comment on that. We had two queen beds and they were both comfy. "I loved my stay here. The room was clean and the location was perfect to get to all the activities I wanted to go to. The pool and hot tub were well maintained but the highlight for me was the breakfast and Chris who was on top of everything. The choices were vast and Chris brought welcoming uplifting vibes to your morning. It was a great place just to hang out and enjoy your coffee. Wonderful stay."
