"The room was a non-smoking room and smelled strongly of cigarettes. The room heater was off and about 50 Degrees. The sheets were thin and smelled like cigarettes and perfume. There was only one bar of soap next to the sink and no complementary soap in the shower. There was dust all over and a cigarette burn in one of the comforters. I woke up coughing. "

"a roach was walking on the nightstand, another walking up the bathroom wall. shower curtain rod was damaged & hanging badly, toilet was cracked & had sort-of been patched but was leaking on the floor. coffeemaker had previously used grounds still in it. several men pacing around outside in the dark. the remodel was nice but not enough & didn't feel safe."

"The room was not clean it was more so the smell from the blankets, the bathroom was dirty and hair was in the tub and a spider, the outside was nice. The young guy was cool but for the price it's not worth it honestly and I thought Delaware didn't tax. Also no one comes around to clean the rooms like normal motels do so don't look forward to getting a clean room."

"I stayed two nights for a volleyball tournament at University of Delaware. The hotel wasn’t fancy but was just fine. I only slept there no issues. I’m glad I didn’t pay the expensive cost for other hotels in the area. "

"The Good: Staff was friendly and reasonably fast The Bad: Everything else! This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It is beyond run down, the carpet is disgusting, the walls needed paint years ago, the doors dont latch and this is all before I got in the room. The room itself was so run down the the door handle fell off. Nothing seemed very clean and the room had the smell of something that was kept too damp too long. "The front desk clerk was very pleasant and checked us in quickly. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast area was clean and the items were constantly being refilled."

"A clean room, a clean facility, a decent breakfast. All you can ask for in this price range. "

"No one broke into my car and i didn't see any bugs. That's the best i can say for this place. I have pretty low standards, and i would not book here again. The facilities are extremely outdated. The whole place needs a few coats of paint and some elbow grease, not to mention a new elevator, some hardcore parking lot cleanup and room repairs. The staff was incredibly nice and it was surprisingly quiet but i left a night early to go check in elsewhere. "
