"Clean and all we needed to stay while fishing Lake Fork for 3 days. I like that parking is boat friendly and marked off for each room and electric outlet for each room. I love that they have a awesome tackle store right next door."

"This hotel had been recently eremodeled. The lobby was very pleasant as was the room with walk-in glass door shower and new bedding/furniture/fixtures/flooring. "

"Room wasn't totally clean. Breakfast was basic, no fresh food like fruit, yogurt, juice,waffles, etc. just cereal, oatmeal or prepackaged sweets."

"The room was very large and very clean. The mattresses were very comfortable. I like that the part of the restroom with the toilet and walk-in shower was separated by a door from the vanity and sink area. This is nice when sharing a room. Water pressure was great but the HOT water ran out quickly! only bad thing was the Road noise from cars driving by. They had a noise machine in the room to help cover that sound which was appreciated. We did not go to the Lake was it was very close- walking distance. Overall, nice place to stay in Quitman! "

"This room was a delightful surprise, especially considering the price. There were no frills. We didn't find shampoo, a hair dryer, or a box of tissue in the room. What we got was a very large single bed room that included a microwave and small refrigerator, clean sheets and towels, plenty of soap, etc. Everything was spotless. Coffee was available in the lobby when we checked out. The only issue we found was road noise because the property sits off a busy road, but the fan on the heating/ AC unit drowned that out. We slept well on the comfortable bed. If we find ourselves in the Sulphur Springs area again we will be staying here."
