Downtown close to everything.

Stayed in one of the two bedroom condos for 4 nights. Convenient ski-in access and easy to walk to nearby bars and restaurants. Condo was clean and comfortable and had great amenities. The one issue is parking. We stayed in a condo that sleeps 8 people, but were only granted a single parking pass which seems a little ridiculous when you rent a condo that accommodates that many. There seemed to be plenty of open spots to park on the property. We ended up having to park our second vehicle miles away from the hotel at an additional cost. Overall, I'd recommend this condo but just beware of the parking situation.

The unit and furniture were a little outdated. The temperature was hard to control in the rooms. The noise from upstairs was really loud, you could hear all walking and moving around from above! Beds need to be be updated. Great location though! The staff on location were very helpful!

Lovely first floor condo with a crystal-clear mountain stream flowing just outside our bedroom window. Limited covered parking just a few steps from the elevator. Extremely clean and comfortable. Well-stocked kitchen with new appliances and lots of extras (e.g., Keurig coffeemaker and Brita water pitcher). Very close to downtown shops and restaurants. Breckenridge is one of our favorite places to visit, and we'll definitely stay here again.

We stay at this complex as much as we can. This unit was updated and well appointed and has the memory foam beds and pillows. The location is great as always. Only complaint is the people in the unit above were very loud (walking on floors loudly), they must have hard floors above us instead of carpet, you can hear every step, especially in ski boots, both early in the morning and late into the evening. Would be best to have a top floor unit so nobody is above you if possible.

This was our first time to visit Breckenridge and we were very pleased. The condo was very convenient to both downtown and to the free gondola. We are already planning a trip back next summer. Be aware that there is a nice gas grill and picnic area if you want to do your own grilling. They had two of the nicest hot tubs that we have seen. It would have been a five on everything except that there is no A/C and it was warm during the day. The condo had two box fans in the closet and that helped when it got warm one day.

We have stayed at Sawmill Creek many times. The location is awesome, right off the 4 O'Clock run and a shuttle stop right outside the door. However this time we got a unit, #111 that was far inferior to other units we stayed in. The owners have not upgraded the unit with quality like unit 308. It has old small tube TV's, old sagging couches, uncomfortable beds and a low quality kitchen wares including warped pots and pans. For what we paid the owners should spend some money to get it up to speed with the other units in Sawmill Creek. We will request other units next time we stay and try to avoid 111 at all costs until it is upgraded. The layout of the unit was also inferior to the unit 308 as the master bedroom was actually the unit with two beds not the larger room with one bed and the kitchen was more closed off. The decor was very average and clearly a step below 308. Sawmill Creek is a great location just be careful what unit you get. The owner needs tom make upgrades to match the price they charge for it.
