"During booking, I left a comment to the property as I did not see the room details in the final booking step. (I clicked on the 2 bedroom, 1 king/2 twin room choice, but that wasn't listed anywhere during checkout.) The property replied to me on Hotels.com messaging, and they showed me the exact unit I would be in and that it was a 1 king/1 queen 2 bedroom unit. I chatted with the property's support team (just an 800 number, not the front desk), and they told me it was too late to change anything, but they said they would make note of my request. I went ahead and also replied back to the original message on Hotels.com. The second response through messaging on hotels.com ended up being that they were able to switch me to a 1 king/1 bunk 2 bedroom unit, which was fine with me. I would suggest to confirm with the front desk if you are not certain about your choice during checkout.
Once we got to the property, the unit was what we needed. We were impressed at all the dishes. The beds were fine. Overall the master bath was a good size, but the master shower was a little small. I was happy that the ceiling fan actually worked well in the master.
The couches in the living room were well used, but since they were leather, they didn't turn me off like some fabric couches at hotels! Our stay was short, but everything was sufficient."
