The hotel treats its guests differently. There was a group of tourist allowed to eat continental breakfast at 7.00 am on Saturday, we were sent away to come back at 7.30, which was too late for us for the flight home. Different rules for different guests."

"Don’t expect for hotel service, it just a student accommodation.
The location is good, very near the Botanic station and not too noisy at night.
However, I booked the studio room, but there’s no cutlery in the room, and don’t even expect for any seasoning.
The biggest problem is the door of the toilet is really hard to close, you need to push it hard. And when we close the door, the mirror on the wall suddenly falls down! Luckily no one get hurt, but the mirror drop to the socket and makes it...

We booked for 4 person room and the hotel only have 3 person room. After I addressed the issue to the staff at the reception counter, my family and I were reassigned to other rooms.
