Problème lors de la réservation , demande très claire pour une chambre à 2 lits , et la chambre n'avait qu'un seul lit . Pas de réponse aux email demande de confirmation .
Niveau zéro de la prestation hôtelière . Ma fille a due dormir sur un matelas par terre durant tout le séjour .
Je ne réserverais plus jamais avec Hotel.com .
