"The front desk person was courteous, professional and very helpful. The chair in the room was broken and could not be safely used. The air conditioner was very very loud. The pool in back was disappointing because there was no shade at all. Parking was plentiful and easy. The airport shuttle driver was very friendly and efficient getting us to the airport. "

"Excellent free shuttle service from the airport. From ringing the hotel to order the shuttle to sitting in our hotel room was less than 30 minutes. Very good breakfast with plenty of hot and cold options. The swimming pool (whilst not the biggest) was great, clean and well maintained. Free coffee in the lobby. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. I really have nothing negative to say about this hotel. Highly recommended"

"Definitely not the worst place I've been to but certainly not the best either. We were booked in a room near the back on the bottom, but the room was a bit messy and we had to clean it to feel comfortable. The kitchen appliances were nice but there were no utensils, plates, or pans to be able to cook anything. We were busy out and about during most of the time we were there anyway so we just accepted the room as it was. We did bring up our concerns on the day we checked out to a staff member...
