"To our surprise we were upgraded to a suite! The hotel is a true mountain themed lodge. The entire lodge was Spotless, great staff, loved the coffee bar and iced water offered all day. The Breakfast was nice a nice expierence."

"This hotel was very unique. The lobby is huge and spacious. The hot breakfast was a plus. Very delicious and a great assortment of breakfast food. Fresh coffee, orange and apple juice as well as a cappuccino machine. Throughout the day they offer free coffee, a variety of teas, citrus water and regular water. The pool is large and indoor. "Front desk person was polite and helpful with my questions. Room was clean. Heat in room didn’t work so staff moved us to a different room and they were polite about everything. Breakfast was ok. Check out was fast and easy."

"The property was overpriced. We stayed here previously, and the property has significantly declined. Unfortunately the outdoor lighting was not working. We had issues with the key cards not working. The breakfast was disappointing. The lids on coffee cups did not fit right. The food items, coffee, and coffee cups were not restocked."

"The property was well maintained and staff were helpful. It was a convenient location. It is near a busy road so you hear traffic and a train whistle at night. We had been traveling prior to this stay so we hoped to do laundry. All washer and dryers on the property were out of order. Breakfast was good. Our shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower were empty too fast. They must not have been filled up."
