"Every employee was amazing! The breakfast and bedding were great. Pool was a bit too cold but the hot tub was perfect. The beds were a little firm for us but we tend to like really soft beds. Great pillow selection. Good location."

"The property was well maintained and staff were helpful. It was a convenient location. It is near a busy road so you hear traffic and a train whistle at night. We had been traveling prior to this stay so we hoped to do laundry. All washer and dryers on the property were out of order. Breakfast was good. Our shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower were empty too fast. They must not have been filled up."

"When guests are staying more than a night, front desk needs to inform the guests to the fact that rooms will only be serviced every other day. Update your website to that fact also. Bathroom had steam possibly mold damage above the toilet at the ceiling. Also tiles where they come up the wall were coming loose in the bathroom. Carpet was not vacuumed very well upon our arrival to the room. Provided breakfast was found to be sufficient & varied over the 5 days of our stay. Staff could be more...

"The property was great! We got what we needed for one night. Some of the outlets are loose, so plugging things in will cause them to fall out. Other than that, the place was clean for a motel, the parking was easy, and we were comfortable!"

"I have to say this was my first stay at a property where I had to plunge my own toilet. We got to the room and the toilet wasn't flushing properly. When we told the front desk guy he said he would be up in a bit with a plunger. We thought he would plunge it, but no, he left it outside the door with a bag and glove. He left it at the wrong door and my fella had to go retrieve it several doos down. We opened our curtains to look at the beautiful Montana scenery and there were greasy kiddo hand...

The water pressure in the shower was so overpowered it hurt to shower while also being water boarded by the mist from how hard it was spraying no matter the setting it was on. Our room window was just a view of the rooftop ac units. Breakfast was bare minimum. Housekeeping never came while we were there for 3 days. Had to ask someone if they could send housekeeping to change out our full trash bins and get fresh towels and was told they would take care...
