"Clean well appointed room. Breakfast buffet was plentiful, tasty and good value. Stayed in basement room 4, so on plus side there was no street or traffic noise. But with windows open at night the noises from the downstairs kitchen next to our room started early in the morning."

"We had a gorgeous stay at the Art House, beautiful garden and view over the church! The room was clean and spacious with gorgeous details.
Would definitely come and stay! Hosts were so friendly and lovely :)"

"We arrived at 6:30pm and were told there was not a room for us. The staff were unable to help and unwilling to provide more information on who owns the hotel. I strongly suspect the hotel does not comply with heath and safety rules.
We received a refund from Expedia, but I would not have any confidence in receiving a refund directly from the hotel.
Stay away."

"The hotel was just a short walk from the beach front and a number of restaurants and cafes. The hotel itself was nicely decorated, check in was a breeze. The room was a little compact but comfortable. I had data issues in my room."

"The rooms were upstairs from a skeavy pub. The pub was situated directly on a busy road. The room was hot and stuffy (no fan provided) so the window had to stay open. The traffic seemed to be roaring through my room. I had to beg for help carrying my bags up the stairs. English breakfast was offered but only with fried eggs (I can't digest fried food.). Coffee (no tea) was offered. I can't drink coffee. One of the worst places I stayed in the UK (& not cheap.)"

"My 5th time staying at Trading Boundaries. Always clean and the room has everything you could need. Grounds are lovely, especially nice to sit outside in the sun! Delicious continental breakfast and coffee in the morning. I’ll be back again soon!"
