"We enjoyed a relaxing, peaceful and comfortable stay at Mt Cotton Retreat. Sue was a pleasure to deal with and kind enough to offer us a complimentary upgrade to a superior room in the Boutique Hotel. The forest surroundings are beautiful and we enjoyed the indoor/outdoor areas where we could chill out and/or eat our meals. A comfortable bed, large bathroom and mid cons in our room made for a great stay. Thank you!"

"Very disappointing experience. The room was dirty, and the door lock was broken, making us feel unsafe. Staff were rude, argumentative, and unprofessional. One staff member followed us outside and behaved in an intimidating manner, which was very frightening. We also experienced disrespectful and discriminatory comments. I would not recommend staying here based on our experience."
