"I was checked into a disability room, which although OK is designed for wheelchair users. The sink was low and had no plug in it, so shaving was hard. The room was hot, and although there wasa fan, the window opened fully and wasn't safe to leave open overnight due to it being on the ground floor. The radiator front panel was falling off and the room had no desk/table to use for eating or work. Whilst I appreciate this is a budget hotel, simple things like a plug and mending a broken radiator...

"1. There were many dead bees to start off with 2. Bedside lamps didn’t even work so we had to sleep with the main light on. 3. The pressure of the sink in the toilet was disastrous as it was too high and would go everywhere and the water kept turning on and off . 4. The main light kept flickering. 5. There was also no staff in the property and when we faced some problems in the night and we weren’t comfortable to phone them in the night ."

"Room was terrible very small could hardly walk round the bed. Shower had lots of Black mould no ventilation, the bed was shocking desperately need a new mattress, very uncomfortable, lots of cobwebs everywhere and because there were no windows you could open was very musty. Will not be recommending this place"

"The location was convenient. However, the room was tiny and difficult to enter with our bags (up a narrow staircase). The shower lacked towel or grab bars. Cold breakfast only."

"Richard was an amazing host and was very welcoming. I would stay again! The view was amazing from our bedroom and bathroom, and breakfast was delicious. Richard really made us feel arlt home."
