"Wish that the person who checked me in gave me information about the hotel. She basically gave me the keycard. And told me where the elevator was. Nothing else. No info about what was on the site. Not even the hours for the water park Found out later that I could have went to the grand cayman and use the amenities there but nope. The hotel was excellent. So very clean. For that part I really thank you but the reception check in not so much."

"The room was clean and the staff helpful. We were disappointed the pool was already closed for the season, but that is my fault for not seeing this info on the property information. The room was missing a remote that was quickly replaced after a trip to the front desk. The main issue during our stay was the awful smell in the hallway to our room. The room smelled fine, but the hallway had a strong, eye watering smell that was hard to describe. When I asked at the desk they said they were aware of it, but not able to find the odor. We were not offered a new room, but held our breath when entering the hallway. There was also a rodent trap in the hallway which makes me wonder if the odor was a dead animal somewhere."

"Everything at the Hotel was excellent. Staff very friendly. Everything was very clean. My only issue occurred when I called Hotels.com to check on something. Very Rude and unhelpful! First time this has happened when using them. Our stay itself, great! We would stay again."

"Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable. If you don’t need bells and whistles, or if you are on a budget, the Red Roof is perfect! The staff was friendly and I have no complaints!"
