"The hotel outdoor parking seemed secured enough, there is not enough space to park at front when it gets busy. The staff was always ready to help, kind, and courteous. Breakfast was really nice and flavorful. I enjoyed the Omelette with veggies, fresh fruit, and juice. The chef was always checking-in... I definitely come back again. Thank you!! "

"The room is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax. The air conditioning unit is quite old; although it worked, it had its quirks when turning it on and off. The main issue was the shower. The water pressure was very low and the flow came out with little force, which made showering less satisfying. "Salir o entrar con vehículo en la cochera es un tema …siempre tienes q estar pidiendo q abran la cochera …ósea bajarte ….ir hasta recepción o salir del ascensor para avisar q vas a salir . Me quede sin agua caliente .. parece q a cierta hora de la mañana ya se agotó el agua . No hay alrededor nada para comprar o comer alrededor . La habitación y limpieza me parece buena . Definitivamente no es 4 estrellas . Gracias !"

"The description of the hotel and area were very misleading. The hotel is in a business district and due to the Easter/ Holy week holidays nothing in the area was open. the hotel was deserted and I may have been the only guest. No restaurant, no breakfast at hotel or near by, essentially a ghost town. I sadly prepaid for 5 nights. When I checked out after one night there was no accommodation for a partial refund. "Nothing special, the included breakfast is decent enough. There is no iron, not even to borrow they make you go through an external iron/laundry service for a fee, and make sure your TV works with all 10 remote controls they give you 🙄. You also don't need an alarm, you will be woken up by the cleaning staff at 7am with their loud 2-way radios on full blast."

Damaged floor...breakfast was limited...cannot have 2 cups of coffee refill without paying. No gym...other than that a place to sleep. Wish i had rented a diff. Place. Will never go back"
