"Everything was acceptable, until I got in the room. It was absolutely not clean. Hair is found on the bed. The floor was not swept, and there was dust bunnies and such on the floor. It definitely could have been cleaned better!"

"Very quiet location with some dining options within walking distance. Convenient to highways for easy travel. Good breakfast with some hot choices. Room was nice but travelers should understand this is Hilton’s minimalist hotel venture. For instance, No closet or coffee maker, but there was a mini fridge. Staff did not seem well trained to deal with problems either. The tv in my room did not work but the girl at front desk had no idea what to do about it. She said there was no one to call for...

"The hallways doesn’t have a fresh smell. One of the workers was smoking while walking down the hallway when I stepped out my room and the rooms are not in the best condition compared to the other staybridges I have stayed in."

"The room was clean and the temperature was easy to control. Blackout curtains helped us sleep. The staff was so helpful and checking in and out was a breeze--under 5 minutes. The pool was closed for renovations, but it wasn't a big deal for us. There is plenty of free parking and the buffet breakfast had a variety of good food. "

"Great staff - very friendly. Breakfast was very good and fresh. Pool and gym were a huge plus. Room was large and comfortable. Across the street from sesame place, couldn’t beat the location. They also had coloring at breakfast for the kids and afternoon cookies, which were a nice touch. Would definitely stay again "

"Not updated or safe at all. Door latches falling apart, old fixtures and plugs that don’t work and fall out of the walls. Doors to room look like they’ve been attempted to be pried open based upon their marks. Old appliances and fixtures. “Breakfast” was lackluster at best. No way this is an 8 star rated place. More like a 5 at best. Should be $75-85 a night "
