"Air handler was so loud it was unusable. In fact, you can hear other room’s air handlers from your room. Was put in a room above the outdoor bar seating and had to deal with so-called grownups drinking and being loud into the early morning hours. You can literally hear every noise in your room as if the walls were paper thin. 2 of the 3 mornings there was no hot water for showers and the breakfast was less than average at best. "This property is beautiful. Lovely patio that overlooks a well-kept pond, spacious lobby/restaurant/bar area, rooms are new or newly renovated and are immaculate. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. "

"The first room we had didn’t have a toilet that flushed. We tried to use the hotel phone which didn’t work. My husband ended up going back down to inform the representative at the front desk. She did change our room so repack everything to move. It was inconvenient. "

"I didn’t know there was no elevator, but they were able to give us another room on the first floor. Also, the sink drained very slowly, but there was no one to try to fix it. We were there for 4 nights."

"Ample parking. Just off the highway, so depending upon what you are hoping from, could be a great location. My drive to DC was <40 minutes although I used the express lanes (dynamic pricing in effect). They have lots of events happening and while they usually wrap up by 10pm, you could find your room to be affected by the noise. "
