The cabin was great! However the communication with staff has been absolutely awful. The manager called me a night before screaming that my payment had not been made so he went ahead and processed it. The way he spoke was rude and unprofessional. The next morning he calls me to let me know that my cabin had maintenance issues and they had to give me a different one. I asked about the difference in total amount due and he said that it was a deposit that I would get back after my stay. It has been 3 weeks now, I’ve called, texted, sent messages directly and through Expedia and no luck! I just want my deposit back, can someone please answer!
