"Very disappointed to realize our room had not been properly cleaned from the prior guests (hair in bedding, ice bucket resting in spilled food residue, bathroom floor grimy). Housekeeping did not clean our room one time over a 3-night stay (but was very responsive providing additional towels when we requested). Very poor water pressure in shower and extremely thin walls/insulation between rooms (could clearly hear family conversation in next room at normal volume). Breakfast was the best part of the trip - omelette station was very nice. Overall very disappointed we were not provided a clean, maintained room considering the inflated prices we were charged for graduation weekend. Will not be coming back."
