"The hotel was gorgeous and the view was perfection. I even enjoyed the food and ambience of the hotel. The rooftop is definitely an amazing experience. The only downfall was the elevator would not work for my floor my whole stay and wasn’t fixed even when I left."

"The staff was courteous and helpful.. We had 2 rooms reserved and had requested refrigerators for both rooms, well in advance. They were not in the rooms when we arrived, which only added to an already stressful travel day. Although, I did like that I was able to text the staff and get it resolved quickly. I feel at that price point a refrigerator and little coffee machine should be a given. It was nice to sit out in front at the tables, the area was nice and there were many places to go within walking distance, stores, restaurants, etc. Overall it was a nice stay."

"I always enjoy my stays at this hotel! The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which makes every visit feel comfortable and pleasant. The hotel is also very clean and well-maintained. I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve stayed here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with wonderful staff. I look forward to staying here again!"

"I love the Pod Hotels when I’m traveling solo. Each time I’ve booked a bunk room, I got upgraded to a queen. It would be tight for two people, but it’s perfect for one. Very clean and efficient. The Brooklyn one is very large and conveniently located close to the train. It’s easy to pop over to Manhattan when you want."
