The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent, things that not all places we have stayed get right. We used it as a stop off on our trip to photograph the mountains and surrounding areas, this was the perfect stop off for what we wanted. Thank you for the stay, it made our break, we will definitely be booking again."

"Was due to stay here last week, but due to a very unexpected death in the family, on the day we were due to stay, we were obviously unable to make it. Rang to explain the situation to change the date of stay to another month, got asked to sign up a members club? Went online to webchat, was told first yes I can move the date for free, then told minutes later I had to pay £150, which was more money than rebooking! Not helpful at all in situations like this. "

"A truly wonderful find! Quiet, convenient, clean well appointed cottage, with attentive, friendly hosts. Good parking, near enough (by car) to the Mourne Mountains, Murlough, Tyrella and Ballykinler beaches and Newcastle. About a 45 min drive from Belfast. A great haven for peaceful outdoor pursuits or just getting away from it all. Will happily stay again! "

"very unorganized at check in. did not have available the room that was originally booked. gave us grief at check out for having a 3rd person, although room was booked as a quad family room from the start and notified them at check in, while we were standing at desk that we had 3 adults not 2. requested room to be cleaned on day 2 and no one came to clean. budget hotel, with unknowledgable staff, different rules daily with different staff. wouldn't stay again.
