"Apartment is in an excellent location and not too many stairs to tackle, which is an added bonus. Our Host Zeljka was very nice. She met us at Pile gate and helped in hauling our luggage to the apartment. Apartment was very clean and added bonus was laundry facility. It helped us in drying our wet jackets and shoes. Overall an excellent stay."

"Comfortable property. It's important to understand the physical fitness required to stay inside the walled city of Dubrovnik. Climbing 100s of stairs on uneven surface without a handrail is required. Otherwise this is a tremendously fun way to visit Dubrovnik. We did have some rental communication difficulty resulting from a change in check in procedure while flying that did not reach us. "

"The location was excellent for exploring Dubrovnik, just outside the Pile Gate, steps to the Fortress steps and a small beach for swimming. The restaurant Dubrovka, very close, was really good. The third bedroom is a firm “futon” and o Lu suitable for one. The apt has two full baths upstairs and a half bath downstairs which was not expected."

"An incredible property with an amazing view. The owner was extremely helpful on arrival, ready with a map and information about local public transport. He made sure we had all the information needed for our stay. He was very lovely. We walked to the apartment from the bus stop which was a steady walk up the hill but manageable. "What a wonderful introduction to Croatia. The apartment is beautiful. Better than the pictures. It is quaint, clean, perfectly located and the walls and restaurants are just outside. It’s a short walk from two fortress gates. There are stairs, but that’s old world Europe. "

"Our apartment was perfect: very clean inside, two bathrooms, everything worked perfect, beds very comfortable, inside the ancient walls and easy to get to everything. The only minor issues were first entering the steps up were dirty and then the door lock was fussy. But then walking in was perfect and I have no problem giving 5 stars."
