"Friendly staff and service, particularly in the restaurant. The room & bed was really comfy but unfortunately couldn’t sleep as the walls are paper thin. We could hear all of the staff conversations in the hallway at 9pm at night, all crying children, as well as the loud shower pressure of the room next door very early in the morning."

"The property was well presented, full of character and well equipped. Close to Thredbo. But it is next to the road, which was quite noisy at times. There was a privacy issue with no window coverings on the bathroom and second bedroom, which was disappointing. The gas heater made loud noises and there was no firewood available. "Property was cosy and immaculately clean. We were greeted warmly during our arrival by the lodge manager Marion and her husband Stuart. Food was amazing. However, we got a room 008 behind the lodge facing the mountain. Would be perfect if we were to have one of the rooms in front facing the slope and the rising sun!!"
