I would like to share some feedback regarding our recent stay. Upon arrival, we noticed that the showers were not clean, so we decided not to use them. Fortunately, we had taken a shower just before arriving at your property. However, at our next hotel, we had to pay for an early check-in in order to be able to shower again, which was an unexpected and additional cost.
I am also attaching a few photos that reflect the condition of the apartment during our stay:
– Dirty bed linens
– A stained and unclean sofa bed
– Cobwebs in several corners
– A mousetrap under the furniture, which raised concerns about possible rodent issues.
Unfortunately, we were not able to sleep well during the two nights we spent there, and we felt the apartment did not match the appearance shown in the listing photos.
I kindly suggest updating the photos on your listing to reflect the current condition of the property more accurately. Guests often make their booking decisions based on these images, and it’s important they represent the reality.
There were also other details that would be too long to list, but I hope this message helps highlight some key areas for improvement.
