"My shower broke at 11:30 pm. Called front office, sent maintenance by 12:30, they shut off water to room, no discount or refund. Poor maintenance probably led to problem with fixture."

"Small town, but 1st time in my life that my hotel room didn't have a phone. Also, you are ONLY allowed one device per room to use the wifi. So if you have work to do wifi can ONLY be used on your phone or your laptop but not both. There was no staff available in the morning. Went next door for breakfast at McDonald's gate was closed no staff. Got ready to check out at 8am. gate still closed no staff. Never ever seen that before. Smoke free hotel but still smelled like smoke. Had to go and buy some Lysol and air freshener for my room. Luckily Walmart was just across the freeway from my hotel so I didn't have to go far."
