"5 stars for friendly service and clean rooms. This is an economy stay, so adjust your expectations - the area is semi-industrial. The price is good for clean sheets and bathroom. The service was friendly on the phone and when I arrived at a late hour. They do need a room key drop box for when you leave at an early hour."

"Place was an older property but very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was very nice. Our room did kind of smell like smoke but there was an ashtray outside our room on the AC so I'm thinking the smell came from that. Overall everything was good."

"My classmate and I stayed for a class reunion weekend. Our room was nice, but the bathroom could have been better. It was a tub with a shower. The shower head was so high, that it could only be reached, by standing on the edges of the tub. Not very safe!! The tub needed a good cleaning. The breakfast was delicious, but you need to go when it first opens as, both mornings they ran out of eggs. The hotel was pricey for the area, but the only nice one in such a rural part of Kansas"
