"Hotel admin needs to be responsive. I msg the hotel several times about our arrival at 3:00 early morning but did not get any reply if there was a reception on duty. Nice hotel but more for the young not for the elderly."

"This hotel is exceptionally convenient to the airport. It is a 3 to 5 minute walk to the departure gate. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Like many airport hotels, it gets a little wear and tear. It is still a nice hotel, just likely not five star in appearance. However, the trade-off is well worth it. Also, the restaurant had good offerings at a reasonable price."

"The hotel has the perfect location in downtown Bucharest, close to everything. The rooms are nice and spacious, very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean, plenty of hot water, a bit outdated. Breakfast buffet is plentiful and tasty. What really impressed me the most was the hotel personnel. Aside of being useful and nice the ladies at the reception desk helped me recover my iPods. First housekeeping found them, then they stored them for pickup. My words cannot describe my gratitude. People working in this hotel are dedicated to their guests. Thank you!"
