Nice area apartment for the price.

Great location and great value. Check in time is a bit late at 3PM and check out is bit early at 10AM, however the manager can sometime be flexible on both. The bathroom was a small and there was no shower mat, so one had to be very careful not to slip and fall. There were no USA cable news channels available on the TV. The room staff over use a fragrance spray for pillow cases, towels, and sheets. You need to ask them not to use it. It was too strong and over powering.

The apartment was nice and serious and well-fitted out. But very noisy they should warn guests staying on the street side. It is not so easy when there is limited reception facilities, basically during office hours.

I have stayed here in years past three times and again just now. I like the area, which is one of the better areas of Buenos Aires. This is a condo building where many owners place their units with the rental firm which has an office in the building in room 1103. Many units are very similar but there are differences and comments on one may not be the same for another. The pool is nice looking and kept clean, but it is NOT heated. The deck furniture has mostly all broken so the people were on the lawn and on the cement ground. Dont plan on any lounge or chair unless they go buy more. I have never seen the sauna or jacuzzi working. Maybe they only do this in cold months, Im not sure. The room I had was very comfortable and didnt lack a thing. Walls are thin and had some noice from people who just talk out for a few days, then they left thank goodness. Noise level though is better than most places one can stay in Buenos Aires. There are 15 floors most of which has 12 units per floor. There is a 24 hour doorman who will buzz you in. If he isnt there just wait a few minutes. You get a plastic card for the room key. Any rental under 7 days gets no room service. So no maids or anyone else coming in. I like that. I did notice different people that hang outside some doors. They appear to be mooching signals for free internet, or maybe their internet is down. The room came with the rooms and passcodes for each of the rental units so if yours does not work you can try another.

Horrible el servicio. Irrespetuoso el personal cuando fuia buscar pspel higienico que no habia. No habia shampoo.ni articulos de higiene en el baño. Sillon roto Pileta vacia. No se podia usar. Sucio el acolchado. Muy buena ubicacion.

Todo bien, pero con poco puede ser mejor.

En lineas generales todo bien, pero si se trata de mejorar diría que habría que limpiar las cortinas que están demasiado sucias al igual que el black out y las lamparas de techo. Tambien diría que la limpieza cada 7 dias es muy poco. Y que el check out a las 10 de la mañana es muy temprano, y mas si tomamos en cuenta que el check in es a partir de las 15hs.

El hotel tiene Muy Buena ubicacion, baja seguridad no se controla nada. Sin frazadas, en 4 dias de estadia no repusieron ni jabones ni papel higienico y minimamente 1 (un) dia deberian hacer la cama y cambiar toallas.

The location is super good. The apartment needs some maintenance. Its very old and the mattress had a hole in the middle. The ceiling light was full of dust and the door of the toilet was ik bad conditions. In general it was ok for what we needed but wouldn’t stay there again.

Depto cômodo. Con lo necesario. Las sábanas y toallas tienen olor a cigarrillo. Necesitan un cambio. Si no buscas lujo son buena elección. La ubicación es exelente. A los porteros hay que rogarles que te abran y rezar que tengan buena onda.

Lo minimo para desayinar

Sugiero que haya azúcar sal aceite café te , cosas mínimas para prepararse el desayuno xq si uno alquila un apart es para desayunar y comer algo ligero. Si tiene que comprar un frasco de café 100 pesos azúcar sal etc al final conviene ir a un hotel con desayuno incluido. Por lo demás esta muy bien ubicado limpieza etc.
