La habitacion es muy amplia, limpia, el personal muy atento. Lo mas interesante fue la vista y la ubicacion. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. A unos pasos del embarcadero, si se van a realizar tours y caminando se pueden seleccionar diversos restaurantes.

Excellent location, you can walk everywhere. Plaza serrano is 10 minutes away. That’s where you can find the pretty narrow streets and many places to eat. At night, it also comes alive with music, drinks and more. The hotel feels personal and decor rates with love. The staff is exceptional, special thanks to the front desk team: Jose, Jean, Milena, Agustín. Definitely recommend

I had an exceptional stay at Ilum Experience Home and could not have asked for a better experience in Buenos Aires. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful, with fresh, delicious options and thoughtful service each morning. What really stood out, though, was how personal the experience felt. The staff remembered that I was celebrating my birthday and went out of their way to make me feel special. Those little touches made a big difference and turned a great stay into a truly memorable one. The team was also incredibly helpful with recommendations and assistance throughout my visit, whether it was suggestions for local things to do, places to eat, transportation, or simply helping me navigate the city. I always felt like they genuinely wanted me to have the best possible experience. As an LGBT traveler, I also felt completely comfortable, welcomed, and respected. The atmosphere was inclusive and friendly, which made the stay feel especially relaxing and enjoyable. Ilum Experience Home is the kind of place where the hospitality feels authentic rather than simply being part of the service. Our stay at Ilum Home Experience Hotel in Buenos Aires from May 12–24 was absolutely unforgettable. We traveled to celebrate our wedding anniversary on May 14, and thanks to the incredible staff, this became one of the most special trips of our lives. We especially want to recognize the amazing front desk team: Matias, Jose, Martina, Denise, Milena, Gonzalo N, and Gonzalo R. Their kindness, professionalism, local recommendations, and genuine care made us feel completely at home. A heartfelt thank you also to Melanie, Melody, the breakfast team, and the chef who prepared the most delicious chicken soup for me upon request. We are also deeply grateful to Debora and the housekeeping team for keeping our room immaculate every single day and always going the extra mile for our comfort. Special thanks to manager Florencia Gonzalez for the thoughtful champagne gift for our anniversary and the beautiful welcome wine courtesy from the hotel and Expedia. The hotel’s location in Palermo Hollywood is another huge highlight. It is one of the best neighborhoods in Buenos Aires—safe, vibrant, beautiful, and surrounded by incredible restaurants and cafés. Ilum Home Experience is no longer just a hotel for us; it is our home in Buenos Aires. We cannot wait to return.

Viajamos para celebrar nuestro aniversario de bodas el 14 de mayo y, gracias al increíble equipo del hotel, se convirtió en uno de los viajes más especiales de nuestras vidas. Queremos reconocer especialmente al maravilloso equipo de recepción: Matias, Jose, Martina, Denise, Milena, Gonzalo N y Gonzalo R. Su amabilidad, profesionalismo, recomendaciones y atención genuina nos hicieron sentir como en casa. También agradecemos profundamente a Melanie, Melody, al equipo de desayuno y al chef que me preparó la sopa de pollo más deliciosa a pedido. Asimismo, nuestra gratitud para Debora y el equipo de housekeeping por mantener nuestra habitación impecable todos los días y siempre ir más allá para maximizar nuestra comodidad. The two Gonzalo’s at the front desk were so helpful! The shorter one with dark hair was the best! He spent a lot of time with us explaining the city, places to eat, and even showed us how to make and drink mate. He made our stay at the hotel extra special! The breakfast was average, could have more variety, but the staff there were lovely as well. The location of the hotel was great too, easy to walk and safe.

The location and staff were excellent, and the breakfast was very good. However, the rooms looked much better in the photos than in reality — they felt quite worn out and in need of updating. Our group booked two rooms, and housekeeping unexpectedly added mini bar charges to both bills. The front desk removed the charges once we pointed them out, but since the same thing also happened at the Iguazu property, it did not feel like an isolated mistake. It left a disappointing impression and is something guests should pay close attention to when reviewing their final bill. Overall, while the hotel has some strong points, the overall experience was not good enough for me to return.

Hotel moderno, muito limpo , Instalações bem decoradas e novas, quartos amplos e confortaveis, equipe super atenciosa e prestativa. Café da manhã excelente. Localização muito boa com bares, restaurantes, farmacias e lojas no entorno. Piscina muito boa para os dias quentes. Recomendo super! Voltarei sempre que for a Buenos Aires.

Tudo muito bom, café da manhã bem gostoso, quartos limpos, espaçosos e cama muito boa, funcionários sempre bem atenciosos, único ponto de atenção fica para o barulho nos quartos, dependendo da rua que o quarto fica pode ser um pouco mais barulhento do que outras unidades, mas nada que atrapalhe a hospedagem!

Wonderful, warm and very helpful staff. We were initially placed in a room facing the back of the hotel but when I showed them pictures of what I was expecting to be a room with a balcony, they quickly moved us to another room. I really appreciated that! Breakfast was lovely and they even gave me a nice little birthday treat since it was my birthday on one of the days we stayed there. Excellent, quiet neighborhood and walking distance to many restaurants and cafes. The room was clean, spacious and well maintained. I wish we stayed longer!

The hotel is located in Palermo Hollywood and plenty of restaurants, cafes around. In BA it’s super easy to get around by bus but you have to know which stop to get off because there’s no announcement. There are plenty of bussed around and you can cake subway line D to get to places. The hotel is clean and has everything you need. Breakfast buffet is great from 7am to 11am. The front desk staff is super helpful and friendly; and they speak excellent English. They gave us many recommendations and they are wonderful.

I have never experienced better hospitality than at this sweet hotel. I was so wonderfully looked after - the general manager was waiting for me with birthday treat at midnight! All the staff are lovely, helpful and attentive. Rooms are well maintained and clean, there is a nice pool and the AC works well.

Staff do hotel na recepção sensacional, desde o primeiro momento uma atenção diferenciada conosco e minha filha de 7 anos que todos os momentos recebia mimos da equipe como chocolates por exemplo e muito carinho. Localização excelente em Palermo Hollywood próximo á vários bares, restaurantes e cafés e ainda sim um hotel sem nenhum barulho. A academia com uma estação completa para quem gosta de treinar, piscina super agradável também !!! meus sinceros agradecimentos ! volto em breve !
