Very comfortable hotel. Excellent food.

Really nice food although the menu is a little limited. Service was a bit hit-and-miss. Some staff were lovely and helpful. Others seemed a bit annoyed and a little unhelpful. Overall it is a very nice place to stay though.

Alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und die Küche ist hervorragend. Sehr entspannte Atmosphäre. Das Hotel ist wirklich gut zum Entspannen. Dazu trägt auch der Wellness-Bereich bei und die geschmackmoll-moderne Renovierungen der letzten Jahre im ganzen Hotel.

Posto tranquillo, ristorante gourmet eccellente. Letto matrimoniale costituito da letti affiancati un pò scomodo. Ottima la spa anche se l'acqua della piscina non era riscaldata. Nel complesso ottimo e tranquillo. Personale gentile.

Gepflegtes Hotel in ruhiger Gegend

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders schön und gepflegt ist der Wellnessbereich und das Schwimmbad (auch schön groß). Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und erfüllt alle Wünsche. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Es war rundum ein schöner Aufenthalt. Auch die Gegend ist sehr schön zum Wandern und es gibt schöne gemütliche Lokalitäten mit sehr gutem Essen. Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus.

Félicitations !

C'est la deuxième fois que nous venions au Butgenbacherhof. L'accueil y est très chaleureux. La cuisine et le service à table sont raffinés. Le seul point critiquable est le bain-douche dans la chambre. L'usage n'en est pas très commode (Pas de rideau). La plupart des personnes âgées préfèrent une douche. Nous l'avons fait remarquer à la Direction. Le confort général est de très bon niveau. Au "Logis", l'hôtel n'a qu'une cheminée. Il en mérite trois. L'hôtel est bien situé. Il occupe un bon point central.

Très bonne impression avec un excellent restaurant en plus. Très bon sommelier. Personnel parfait. Note négative : porte douche cassée et donc inondation de la salla de bain. Douche incommode
