"Very great service! The gate was opened right away. We were brought to our room and our big suitcase was carried by the staff. Delicious breakfast was included and ready for us the next morning. All this by only one employee. "

"There was an incident of theft unfortunately conducted by the staff. After the manager was informed, he took proactive measures to correct the mistakes and restore our lost money. The lodge offered two free meals to compensate, and the staff was fired. Unfortunately, we also had another incident where two bats flew into our room and mosquitos nets, tried calling the reception desk via what’s app but nobody replied for two hours, then the power was out, the internet was cut. We couldn’t go out...

"I really enjoyed the hippos grazing at night. The staff also built us a bonfire the first night we were there and we were able to eat around it. The biggest problem was they said we were not expected ( even though my name was clearly on their guest list) and that they did not know we had a 6 year old with us. They were very confused at first and did not know how to handle the situation. One man was very unfriendly."

"The staff spoke very poor english and some not at all and so we had to rely on our driver to communicate. Although we had booked and paid for the room on Hotels.com well in advance, they did not have our reservation and knew nothing about use. They did not even know who hotels.com was. So at first they gave us 3 rooms instead of one and then wanted to charged us more. I had to call up the hotels.com reservation on my drivers phone as their internet did not work.
