"This hotel had a large clean parking lot, friendly staff, water in the lobby, good fresh ground for each cup coffee for breakfast, and a good bed. My only complaint is the bathroom needed a good scrubbing. It was not very clean. Normally that would be a huge drawback for me but everything else was good and the staff was great so I give it a 4/5 overall anyway. I would stay here again, but might just ask for a different room after checking the bathroom next time."

"Spent two nights at the Aquarius with a Riverview room. Had a great view of the Colorado River. My room was large and clean. Staff at the hotel was really friendly and helpful. Lots of places to eat for the kids."

"They did the charge/bill/fee that is supposed to be illegal to not post; they did not post the resort fees, and charged at least 2 persons per night, regardless of you booking for only one person."

After driving over 4 hours to get there that was not my best impression. The other was the toilet paper. Bring your own because what Riverside supplies you with is the worst ever.."

"I got room 699 and it’s was not that clean. There were marks on my sheets so I slept on top of the covers, over a towel I laid down. I lifted the bed skirt and there were stains all over the bottom of the mattress. The carpet was ripped and the popcorn ceiling had stains. "The rooms were clean and roomy, well appointed. The check in was smooth and staff were very friendly. A/c worked great which was a must since it was 108 degrees out. The breakfast was one of the best we have had. Great selection biscuit and gravy, eggs and sausages and very good coffee. Would definitely recommend and return to this property."

"The maid service was good but the ice machine was still broken worse yet internet and TV was off the whole time. Hotel was full but after it not being repaired by weekend people started leaving. Manager didn't care enough to give refund. He refused to give refund if you booked through Expedia. He didn't care if you left because he said he could book for $200 a night which he found out he couldn't with no TV no ice. It advertised laundry and that hasn't worked forever.
