"Had to change rooms due to the cleanliness and smell and the second room I was placed in did not have such a noticeable smell but had filthy walls and hair in the sink."

Oh our keys stopped working for two days. I had to get them recharged and we had expected to have breakfast you know complementary breakfast like the Hilton and other hotels I’m really shocked and amazed so my mother and I am at 80 six-year-old Mom and I who flew in from New York were not impressed.
