"The breakfast was great with lovely smiling staff and a wide range of options. I had a great massage at the spa next to the pool and a very relaxing dip in the pool as well. the room was very spacious and quiet. Overall a very pleasant stay."

"The internet was terrible if you don't go to certain areas of the room, some areas in the bathroom were a bit unstable, there was mold at the bottom of the shower door, the bed sheets were either stained or ripped, the housekeeper would sometimes leave the dirty plates and cups behind, sometimes for days. And there were bed bugs in the bed."

"Booked this hotel last min for a huge exhibition and there seems no other options on Expedia near to the convention centre. Hotel looks modern and nice but have a few areas to improve: 1. There is an exit in the room with no curtain, sunshine comes in in the morning abd makes it difficult to continue sleep. Hotel room is for sleep but this cannot be ensured here. 2. No sound proof. Can hear water running in pipes when neighbours r taking shower 3. Generally amenities in room are simple and meet requirements but not good quality. 4. Cleaning staff put my clothes in random places after cleaning but not fold and put on bed properly. 5. Gym is small and treadmill is not working…"
