"The hotel looked nice, at first. They are under remodeling and the carpet in the hallway and elevator floors could use a sweeping and wipe down the ugly smears on the elevator walls. Our room was nice but a little more attention to the entry and bathroom floor would have been nice. The bathroom was out of Kleenex and the body wash would not pump to use. The breakfast selection was good but, the attendant was in the backroom and what ever she was playing was louder than the TV in the...

"Our hotel room was dirty. The carpet was filthy. Thank goodness, the bed seemed to have clean linens, but that was the only redeeming quality. Breakfast offerings were minimal at best. The entry to the hotel is in dire need of power washing. The parking lot had lots of trash scattered around. There was not even one bench or place to sit outside. I would not choose to stay at this hotel again."

"The staff was really nice, but the property was not. There was the smell of marijuana in the elevators and a foul odor as though the sewer was backing up in the hallways.was not very happy with our stay ! We were booked there for 2 nights, but we end up only staying one night and lost out on our money for the next night. Because we refused to stay there another night! We have previously stayed at other holiday inn expresses and this one by far was the worst one!"

"You have to pay to use the utensils, you have to take your own trash out, elevator hasn’t been inspected since 2022, staff isn’t available after 10. "

"Room had a peculiar smell to it, the iron had thick buildup soleplate stain, and the iron board cover were very filthy. This is my 4th time staying here seems like it's gotten worse from previous stays. But I will come back due to the convenience of the area location.. Hopeful it get better again from this review.."

"I had a one day stay for self-care and thought this location would be good since it’s a new facility. However, the room had a really harsh smell that never left. I ended up opening the windows to get some air. Although they give you a kitchen area there are no plates, pots, utensils. The bathroom could have been cleaner. Also, the walls are very thin, so you literally can hear people walking in the hallway and walking in the rooms above you which ultimately disturbed your sleep. When it was...

"We arrived very late and the desk help was very helpful to get us to our room quickly. It was a nice sleep and the breakfast attendant was very helpful in the morning."

"Initially I was given a room that was partially clean, however the staff immediately assigned another room. The bed was too soft for my liking butci dealt with it because it was just one night. Do not expect anything amazing for breakfast. In fact the Oj was watered down. Its not somewhere i would stay for a long period of time but for one night it was ok."
