"Clean room"

"The room was surprisingly spacious and very clean. The pool was old but well maintained and the water temperature was good. Breakfast was meh, but about average from a chain hotel. There was some road noise from the nearby freeway but not excessive. Would stay again. "

"Love the hotel and its comfort and the size of the room. The staff person that checked me in was so unfriendly and I had to ask her what time breakfast was where we should park to get to our room. I asked to be on the first floor and was told no that I had to be on the third floor. We accidentally lost our key and when I went to the front desk, the lady didn’t even acknowledge me because she was too busy looking at her phone and finally she saw me and said oh"

"Not the best...and not the worst. Reserved King room with sofa bed. When I got into my room, there was no sofa bed, just a chair. Went back to the front desk and requested room with sofa bed. Owner said that there were none available...they were taken. After pointing out that the parking lot was empty, and other discussions, he came up with a room with a sofa bed. (there were only a few guests that stayed at the hotel that night) The room was OK. It was clean but the bed had a huge...

"Very dissapointed as after we checked in we found out that the pool and spa were closed for maintenance and would not be available for two weeks. The pool was one of the major reason for picking this facility. We should have been notified in advance to allow us to choose a different facility or at least a dicount at check in."

"Staff was very good. Room clean, small sink area. Bathroom towel hanger was not sized to fit towels and kept falling off. Had microwave, small fridge. Nice breakfast. Good price. "

"Parking was conveniently outside the hotel entrance and we were greeted in the lobby. Our check-in was quickly finished and our breakfast (s) and needs for the next couple of nights recorded. Fantastic room with modern and useful amenities. The structure of the original brick building with custom designs in each room. Quiet and cozy with beverages and snacks for guests. Five star restaurant across the street with many downtown eateries within walking distance. Perfect hotel to enjoy Wooster. "
