Hotel murah di Burguillos

"We were most impressed by the hotel, staff and facilities. Sunday night local restaurants were closed including the hotel restaurant so the bar was swamped. The staff did a good job but they were overwhelmed. Suggest you open the restaurant or extend the eating area in the bar on Sunday and put on more staff. To save on plastic and card packaging suggest you do not put plastic combs and razors in the room but put a sign saying toiletry items are available on request."

"This is beautiful place with huge spaces in common areas. The staff is very friendly and willing to help with any matter. The breakfast has a good selection, fresh and tasty for a fair price: 13 euros per person. The location is not in the center area but there is a good local bus service that takes around 15 minutes to reach the most tourist places. We have a positive impression for this hotel."

"Very unique and charming little place with so many musical instruments everywhere. Very central to the old town. Accessibility by taxi directly to the hotel entrance wasn't possible and we had to walk perhaps 30 feet into a small alley after getting off the cab. Great rooftop views."

"This Parador is in a lovely location and is a wonderful historic building. Views from our room and from the terrace were beautiful. However, the place is rather let down by very indifferent staff. The lady on reception when we arrived was fine, but when we checked out, the guy on reception didn’t ask us if we’d had a nice stay, or even say goodbye! "Lovely hotel in a great location and we just returned from our second time staying there. The rooms are huge with a lot of storage (though we got a premium room again). Beds are so comfortable and it’s very quiet so we had a great sleep. Bathroom and toiletries are lovely and housekeeping excellent. Weather wasn’t so hot this time so we didn’t visit the rooftop pool as we did last time. Love the coffee and sweeties available too."

Breakfast buffet was handled by only two employees who were in charge of being host, refilling buffet, cleaning tables.. which translated into poor service and food area being not cared and dirty. Staff was really friendly it was just they were not enough, more like poor management"
