"This is a well maintained older property. The staff was very friendly, the room was exceptionally clean and did not smell! The beds were so comfortable and seemed new! Very nice continental breakfast. The only drawback would be the indoor pool. Cloudy water, heater, not working, probably very old. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you."

"The rooms need a clean update and new paint. You can tell that deep cleaning is not done often. We had to switch rooms because they initially gave us a room where the shower curtain smelled like mildew and the comforter on the bed had a lot of stains on it. Even in the new room, the comforter seat on the bed had a lot of stains in the bed did not look clean. Also, the individual who checked us in was not friendly at all. Will never return to this hotel chain! The only thing that was good, was...

"Don’t recommend especially if you are traveling with a pet. Expedia shows they only charge $50 for pets, but the hotel told me they charge $75. Even after speaking with Expedia they said the hotel was going to not lower their pet fee and there was nothing Expedia can do to help me even with this matter going forward."

"Great hotel! Clean and comfortable and the staff was super helpful. I had to hide a birthday surprise downstairs! Unload luggage at the check in desk because parking is around the block in garage and then you walk through a corridor to the back where the pool is. Great stay!!"

"This hotel exceeded my expectations. The property was very clean, the room was spotless, comfortable bed and pillows, the shower was great, I love the room darkening shade. For breakfast they offered breakfast sandwiches, omelettes, pancakes and more. The staff was friendly, I was provided with 2 bottles of water at check in. I will definitely stay here again."

"Rooms were very clean but no amenities such a microwave or coffee pot. The room did not even have a chair to go with the little desktop area. I am also looking at my checking account attached to the payment method and the 50.00 deposit was taken before I arrived which is normal but was taken again along with my payment at checkout."

"Let me start by saying that the place is impressive. I was looking forward to my stay after booking. The biggest issue: the room was hot. I struggled to fall asleep on the amazingly comfortable bed due to the room being so hot. I did lower the thermostat, but the room just never cooled off. There was also cobwebs in the bathroom....I want to go back and maybe request a different room.....I wanted to give a 3 star across the board, but the property was so impressive I just couldn't go that...
