"Room was clean, beds were suitable for overnight but not comfortable enough for a long stay. A definite plus when traveling was the refrigerator and microwave in the room. Having to drive to a separate building after check in and walk upstairs outside the building was inconvenient. Probably would not have booked this had I known stairs were involved due to having COPD. "

"My grandson and i stayed here for 2 nights during a baseball tournament at Marshall Park. This was a great places to stay! Very quiet and close to everything you could possibly need. 10 minutes or less from Marshall Park. We will definitely be staying here again if we’re in the area."

"Front desk clerk was excellent, very nice a pleasant, check-in and out was easy. Room required updates, peeling wallpaper, leaking faucets, peeling ceiling paint, a little dusty in rooms and stairs. Breakfast was just average needs to be fresher."

"We were in town for a concert and needed to check-in early. Staff was accommodating, however, we did have to pay an extra $35 to check-in early. I can understand the fee and appreciated being able to so we would not have to leave our concert early. The room was very clean and comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was great! Felt very safe and comfortable and would stay again next time I'm in town."

"Just a couple bars of soap. I cleaned the AC vent to get my AC to work correctly. But the room seemed updated furniture and bed and had like a barn sliding. Door for the bathroom and the shower was amazing. The showerhead system that it had it had like a rain shower head with a bunch of other settings. That spray water at you from the front, or it had a hose hook up, or it rained down on you. Very nice shower and the bathroom seemed renovated and upgraded. So there was like, just minor...

"This Place was the Dirtiest Hotel I have EVER Stayed in ...Not Jus dirty but Layers of Grim in ALL of the " High Touch Areas .. The entire Maintenance staff should be let go ... The wall around the elevators where Fility. the headboards and desk were covered in Grime( Grime that you could acutely Scrape Off ... The Bathroom floor was Disgusting. The area in front of the main lobby was covered in Cigarette buts .. There where a few events in town so I knew i could not find a mother soon so it was...

"This hotel is so nice! Everything has been newly renovated! I was most impressed with the bathroom! It was so modern and bright! The bedding was super comfortable! I would highly recommend this hotel!"

"We enjoyed our stay at Surrey Inn. The room was clean and everything worked properly. The bed was comfortable. It's a very sweet little place. The only thing I disliked was the air conditioner was loud. But it kept us cool enough."
