"Basic hotel, served its purpose. No issues and clean. Planned to walk to downtown but the area right outside the hotel did not feel safe to walk at night. Fine for a bed for a night."

"Junibelle was so lovely and helpful. She was quick when checking in and helping me figure out the error with my reservation. Expedia & online suggested there was a hot-tub which was a big reason why i booked and it was not working which was a bummer."

"The staff was really nice and very helpful. Eventhough i was staying in a ''non smoke room'' the entire 3rd floor smelled and sometimes i could smell it in my room too, it was very unpleasant. The room only had 2 towels and there was 3 of us so i had to ask for an extra one, toilet paper as well. I also had to ask front desk for our room to be cleaned as we were already 3 days in and they hadn't come up to give us new trash bags or toilet paper. Breakfast was very basic but i enjoyed it, altough i did skip it a couple days and bought something outside because it was very repetitive and all sweets. All and all i enjoyed it and i would considere staying here again."

"Access to our room was difficult. There was a paved path from the parking lot to exterior wooden steps up to the outside door. It took several tries to get the keycard reader to work. Once inside, there was another flight of stairs to get to our floor. When we got to our room, the card key did not work. I hiked all the way back to the lobby with the card keys and told the young woman at the desk they were'nt working. After several minutes she gave me two keys which did work. But there was NO apology or sympathy of any kind for the inconvenience. The room was fine,clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was spotless with modern fixtures. "
