The only minor issue was that the pillows were not particularly comfortable; otherwise, it was an enjoyable stay."

"The hotel is new, clean, and the rooms are pleasant. For a 4-star hotel, the facilities are very sparse. Only soap is available in a container. The staff throughout the hotel seems to be working as a form of punishment, especially at breakfast. The breakfast may be varied, but it's somewhat bland. The bread isn't the freshest. There are certainly better 4-star hotels in Warsaw."

"Apart from being quite far from the old town Warsaw and needing taxis to and from I would say the hotel was above what I expected. Excellent food, nice bar and very helpful staff"

"As I travel regularly to Warsaw, I always find extremely economical accommodations that offer everything I need. There is both inherently wrong with this property. Some might find the surroundings a little sketchy. Having said that I never felt unsafe. Wouldn’t recommend for families, especially if children would want to take a walk on their own."

"It would have been nice if the towels had been change. The second day the towels were still damp when we showered. If we had requested a change I'm sure they would have accommodated our request."
