Pequenas coisas, fazem a diferença

Estadia razoável. A localizacao é muito boa. A cama é confortável e limpa. O que nao esta bem é a manutencao da limpeza, que parece ser bastante superficial. Falta conservacao e capricho. O café da manha é bom. A estrutura do hotel é boa, bem equipado, TV smart, imagem perfeita, armário espaçoso no quarto, mesa, frigobar funcionando muito bem. O problema é a falta de limpeza e conservacao. Falta capricho e supervisao efetiva.É uma pena. A sensacao é que o hotel esta "largadinho".

Fiquei no terceiro andar. O teto era em madeira com gretas. Durante a noite ouvia barulho de bichos caminhando. O ar condicionado era velho e muito barulhento. Limpeza razoável. Café da manhã bom.

Ao escolher a pousada dei uma lida nas avaliações que me deixaram preocupada, mas resolvi reservar mesmo assim devido ao custo benefício. Porém não vi nada de errado, pelo contrário, podem reservar sem medo, a pousada é limpa, confortável, café da manhã completíssimo ( apenas senti falta do suco de laranja já que não tomo café), os funcionários são pessoas maravilhosas, educados, sempre prontos a ajudar, o Alexandre e o Davi me trataram super bem! A localização é perfeita, vc pode fazer tudo a pé, bem perto da praia e dos restaurantes. Só tem um ponto negativo: no site diz que tem estacionamento mas só tem 5 vagas em frente a pousada, na calçada e vc tem que contar com a sorte para estacionar, sugiro retirar a informação de estacionamento incluído pois isso poderá ocasionar problemas judiciais futuros. No mais minha nota é 9,5!

Pontos positivos: Localização (100 metros da praia do forte) e limpeza do quarto. Pontos negativos: Café de manhã bem fraquinho (ficamos 5 dias e praticamente todos os dias só tinha suco de caju). Falta de um gerador!!! Faltou luz em vários momentos e não havia nenhum tipo de alternativa na pousada para solucionar isso. É aquilo...se vc não é exigente, vale a estadia pelo custo x benefício. No geral daria nota 7.

A localização é excelente e a limpeza também. Já me hospedei lá três vezes. O atendimento do Alexandre foi nota 10, super prestativo.

Tem muito a melhorar

A localização é muito boa! É o q mais vale a pena. O quarto 205 tinha um ótimo ar condicionado e a TV funcionou muito bem. A ducha estava meio desregulada, mas tinha boa pressão de água. A água tem cheiro e gosto horríveis! O quarto estava com cheiro ruim quando chegamos. Não nos deram toalha de rosto (?!). O café da manhã é bem fraquinho. Pão de queijo bem ruim! A garrafa de café estava quebrada e queimava nossa mão. Fiquei uma semana e não trocaram a garrafa. Pedi com antecedência opções veganas para mim. Não prepararam nada. Falei quando cheguei. Nada. A funcionária Elisa foi super simpática e atenciosa tentando descobrir qual pão era vegano pra mim. Mas o hotel (q é “quem” manda na pousada) não se dispôs a me ajudar. Os funcionários da pousada são muito educados e simpáticos. No geral, a hospedagem foi boa! Mas o preço é muito alto pro q oferecem. A pousada precisa melhorar o atendimento não presencial. Foi muito difícil uma resposta deles (tentei por e-mail, WhatsApp e até telefone!) e só depois de muuuuuuito tempo me responderam. Tem muito a melhorar.
