We had every amenity that we needed & the front desk staff were excellent. They went above and beyond for something that I needed and did it with a wonderful attitude. "We spent 2 nights in October while visiting the Tetons, and absolutely loved the SpringHill Suites Jackson Hotel. The hotel is brand new, incredibly clean, and in a perfect location. DO NOT pay for parking at the hotel. We were able to park outside on the street daily - alternatively there is also a free parking lot right across the street. "Staff wa friendly. Rooms were clean and well stocked with towels, coffee, and luxury robes. The hotel location is ski in/out and located near the activity center. The hotel front desk stores ski equipment and the restauant had excellent pepperoni flat bread and martinis. Parking was never an issue and pool/hot tub were easily accessible apre ski. The main lobby is currently under renovation but the noise was never an issue. "

"Great location in town. Close to the stores and yet quiet. Value was more than reasonable. Hospitality was nice and let's be honest, the place is well decorated with great historic pictures in the hallways. Hot tub was good and the pool being in and out was perfect for the temps in the winter. This will be our place to stay for future stays. Parking is good but not for trailers."

"The place is very clean and the location is very convenient. The staff is very helpful. I love the place so much. My only complaint is that I got probably the least private bunk (bunk 11) which faces the hallway to the common area. It just feels a little more exposed compared to other bunks. Other than that, it's an amazing place to stay if you're visiting Jackson. Everything is walking distance.
