"Rom not tok tidy"

"Description of the room is not accurate. Rooms are very dated and not well maintained at all. We booked a Twin room and a deluxe Triple room. The Triple room hardly had any walking space, definitely not what was shown in the pictures. Rug is dirty, no housekeeping done at all. There is no shower curtain provided so the toilet floor is constantly wet and no floor mat is provided. Had to ask for more towels so can be used to soak up the water else will be dangerous for elderly guests. Even then,...

"Near to town Brinchang. Kitchen tools are not available as per photo. Got one or two switch broken"

"Bilik hanya ada barang asas. Tiada meja dan kerusi. Kerusi plastik boleh pinjam dari resepsi. Free parking sangat terhad. Ada 2 shj utk hotel. Yg lain first come. Banyak parking di basement tapi cajnya agak tinggi kalau overnight. Sangat gelap kalau parking di B2."

"Spacious. However internet can be unreliable when it rains as it is based on SIM card. So, don't bank on heavy duty streaming/surfing. Social messaging is ok."

"I was disappointed with my stay. The room was not cleaned, and the bathroom needed attention. The staff was polite. I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness for the price, but the location of the hotel is very good; it's near Cameron Square, with easy-to-find restaurants and a 7-Eleven. Ooh WiFi can't be used either."
