"No cleaning service provided through the whole stay "

"We found our 2nd floor room to be clean and tidy. Towels were restocked every other day per our request. We slept comfortably every night! Breakfast was what you would expect from a quick hotel breakfast. There were breakfast sandwiches one day, mini breakfast burritos and bacon the following day, plus the usual pastries, bagels and oatmeal. We appreciated there being plenty of restaurants and a few grocery stores near by. "

"Very nice lobby area and decent buffet. Loved the pool table and pool for kids. Lack of any laundry area was a big drawback when traveling with kids."

"The hotel was located within 5 minutes to Gateway airport and close to Texas Roadhouse and other restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. The only complaint we had was we had asked for a wakeup call, for we had an early flight. We never got the call! "

"The hotel itself was fine. Clean and comfortable beds. However I booked my reservation more than 3 months ago - two rooms. When we checked in they asked for my id and credit card 3 times and then told me our rooms were not together a they couldn’t make changes. We were as far apart as we could have been. Thankfully we were traveling with another couple but had it been my children it would have been unacceptable. The front desk staff were too busy talking to each other to pay attention to...

"Rooms were very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and in good condition. Only downside was the waffle batter dispenser kept breaking but staff assisted acknowledging the need for a new one. "

"Rooms were awesome. I had four kiddos and a dog and they were able to move me from a 2nd floor room to a 1st floor room, per my request, so my crew didn't bother other guests. The heated pool and jacuzzi were highlights. Also, the outside barbeque and hangout area. I didn't want to leave."
