"The staff were friendly and super helpful. The hotel was quite clean. The free shuttle and full breakfast were great. We ate dinner there every night-inexpensive and delicious. "We stayed here for 4 nights and had one of the rooms with 2 twin beds. It was a tight fit, but it got the job done. The staff picked us up when we got to the welcome center in hirafu promptly at the exact time we told the staff we would be there. The staff was extremely welcoming and assisted us with all needs. "Ideal base for skiing in Grand Hirafu, with ski in/ski out access to the Ace Family Lift and location is walkable to a good variety of food, shopping and ski hire options, as well as the King Gondola and Hirafu Welcome Centre. Staff were friendly and helpful, and buffet breakfast hit the spot each morning. Onsen was lovely after a day on the slopes too! We loved the view from our room, watching people ski down the Family Run. Would stay again and highly recommend. "

"We loved this place so much! We’ll definitely come back here the next time we visit Niseko. It’s not a huge resort-style hotel, but the staff are incredibly kind and polite. Our room was very spacious and clean, with a beautiful traditional Japanese-style area. We loved the hot tea provided in the room and were able to relax completely.
