"This is the filthiest, most run down property that alI have ever stayed at. Don't let the lobby fool you - that's the only part that is decent. The carpeting in all of the hallways are Filthy. Black mold can be found in numerous places in rooms. Tub faucets are literally detached from the tub. Strong sewer/gas smell. Gross elevators that sound like they may not last much longer.
